**Policy on Customer-Supplied Merchandise**

At HG Printing & Graphics LLC, we prioritize professionalism and quality in every product we create. As part of our commitment to excellence, we would like to clarify our policy regarding customer-supplied merchandise that is modified or decorated.

**Hold Harmless Agreement:** Customers are responsible for the goods they provide for modification. HG Printing & Graphics LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, defects, or losses associated with these items. 

**Quality Assurance:** Our team is dedicated to meeting or exceeding your expectations. However, we cannot accommodate the replacement of customer-supplied items, regardless of size or value. Our budget does not allow for the replacement of materials not purchased directly from HG Printing & Graphics LLC.
