PRODUCTION TIMING

Standard custom orders typically require 7–10 business days after final proof approval and payment.

For reorders with previously approved proofs and no artwork changes, the typical production period is 7–10 business days from the date your draft/quote is converted to an order.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Artwork preparation and proof revisions occur before the production period. Any different product or supplier production schedule will be stated in your product listing or quote.

DTF gang sheets purchased without optional artwork review require payment and receipt of a usable, print-ready file before production begins.

Please tell us about your deadline before ordering. Rush availability and completion dates must be confirmed by HG.

INSTALLATION

Installation is scheduled separately when included in your quote. Completion of production does not automatically reserve an installation appointment.

SHIPPING

Shipping is available where offered at checkout or arranged in your quote. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. A carrier delivery estimate does not include artwork preparation or production.

Oversized products or special delivery requirements may require a separate shipping quote agreed upon before fulfillment.

DELAYS

If we cannot meet the promised shipment timing, we will notify you and provide a revised shipment date when available, together with the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund as required by applicable law.

Custom-order restrictions do not limit applicable consumer rights concerning shipment delays, non-delivery, defects or goods that do not match the order.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Please verify your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly about damaged, missing, incorrect or undelivered items. Include your order number and photographs when available, and keep the packaging while we review the issue.
