What is digitizing?

Digitizing prepares stitch instructions from your logo for the embroidery machine. A regular image file is not itself an embroidery stitch file.

Can you embroider customer-supplied apparel?

HG offers customer-supplied embroidery. Contact us before bringing garments so we can check suitability and explain pricing.

Plan your project

Custom projects follow payment, design, proof approval and production. Typical production is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Reorders with previously approved proofs typically require 7–10 business days from conversion of the draft/quote to an order. Installation is scheduled separately.
