Artwork and ordering

Upload print-ready artwork or ask HG Printing & Graphics for design assistance. Supply a PDF at the selected size with 1/8 inch bleed on each edge, keep important content inside the safe area, and use separate mask files for foil, spot UV or white ink when required.

Payment starts the design phase. We send a proof for approval before production. Allow 7–10 business days after proof approval. For an approved reorder, allow 7–10 business days from the date the quote becomes an order.

Artwork and customization

  • Print-ready artwork or unchanged reorder: included.
  • Simple name, phone or address changes: $15.
  • Customize an existing template with your supplied logo and text: $35.
  • New layout with supplied logo and content: $65, including up to 40 minutes of design time.
  • Logo creation, artwork rebuilding and more involved design: $95 per hour. Additional work is billed in 15-minute increments at $23.75.

The $35 and $65 services include one proof and one round of minor revisions. Printing and design are charged separately. Production is typically 7–10 business days after proof approval.
