Review & Authorize Your Installation

For HG installation/removal jobs only. Banner-only and supply-only orders do not need this installation or surface-condition authorization. If your order also includes HG vinyl installation on your vehicle or another existing surface, use this form for that installation/removal scope only. Contact HG if you are unsure which work requires authorization.

Review your HG order and Installation, Warranty & Care Terms — HG-INSTALL-2026-10-25-R3. Approve after payment and before work begins, or decline so we can contact you.

Vehicles: 90-day workmanship coverage, extended to 12 months total from installation after the free follow-up inspection (target 7–14 days; complete within 30 days or a written extension). Storefront windows/doors: 12 months; no routine inspection. Manufacturer coverage is separate and conditional.

HG reviews your submission against the work order before releasing work. This form does not automatically cancel, refund or fulfill an order.

Paint/clear-coat exception — only if HG identified issues

Graphics may not stick or last, and preparation, installation or removal may pull off more paint/clear coat. Failures caused by documented surface issues are excluded; separately covered HG workmanship remains covered. Additional work requires an approved charge.

Affected panels, conditions and HG condition-report/photo reference I reviewed the affected areas and photographs, understand the additional risks, and authorize HG to proceed under the surface-condition exception.
