Work: Print and install laminated vehicle door graphics.

Please review your order and Installation, Warranty & Care Terms. Your approval is required after payment and before work begins.

Vehicles: 90-day workmanship warranty, extended to 12 months total after a free inspection at 7–14 days, completed within 30 days or a written extension.
Storefront windows/doors: 12-month workmanship warranty; no routine inspection.
Materials: Manufacturer terms apply separately. Claim approval and removal, reprinting or installation costs are not guaranteed.

By approving, you confirm you are authorized to accept the listed work and linked terms. New scope or surface risks require further approval.

Paint/clear-coat exception — when applicable

Demo example: Driver door — peeling clear coat. In a real job, show the affected panels, condition report and photographs here.

Graphics may not stick or last, and preparation, installation or removal may pull off more paint/clear coat. Failures caused by these documented surface issues are excluded; separately covered HG workmanship remains covered. Additional work requires an approved charge.

Demo acknowledgment: I reviewed the affected areas and photographs, understand the risks, accept the surface-condition exception and authorize HG to proceed.
