MAXMETAL 6MM is an aluminum composite material comprised of two, pre-painted .20mm aluminum panels bonded to a polyethylene core that is thicker than other MAXMETAL models. Despite its overall thickness, 6MM is still lighter, more durable, and easier to fabricate than MDO and aluminum. It is pre-painted on both sides and ready for digital print, vinyl, screen print or paint. The low mineral core makes MAXMETAL™ easy to fabricate, and its low thermal conductivity allows for a quick cool down. Use MAXMETAL 6MM when a denser, more rigid substrate is needed.Standard production is typically 7–10 business days after proof approval. Reorders with previously approved artwork are typically ready 7–10 business days after the quote is converted to an order. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and local pickup is available.
