Full-color vinyl banners for business promotions, events and celebrations. Choose your finished size, material and grommet placement from the available options.

Sizes & Pricing

Sizes are width × height. Pricing is per banner. Standard and oversized sizes are available in the selector; request a quote for sizes or finishing not listed.

13oz vinyl is $4.50 per square foot with a $40 minimum per banner, including standard hems and grommets. Design, special finishing, delivery and installation are additional. Other listed materials have separate pricing; final material and finishing are confirmed with your proof.

Finishing & Care

Select your grommet placement when ordering. Oversized banner finishing is confirmed with your proof. Wind slits are offered only where listed. Roll for storage, avoid sharp folds and clean gently.

Artwork & Design

Supply your artwork or design your banner in our Design Studio. Design assistance is available at $95 per hour. We confirm dimensions, material, finishing and artwork before production.

Turnaround & Pickup

Production begins after full payment and proof approval. Allow 7–10 business days after proof approval. Reorders with previously approved proofs: 7–10 business days from conversion of your quote or draft to an order. Pickup at HG Printing & Graphics. Delivery, installation and rush service are quoted separately; rush requests require approval.

Standard production is typically 7–10 business days after proof approval. Reorders with previously approved artwork are typically ready 7–10 business days after the quote is converted to an order. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and local pickup is available. Custom-decorated and made-to-order items are generally final sale.
